I am an entrepreneur - not a private equity firm or strategic buyer. My priorities are fully aligned with yours: your brand will be preserved, your employees will be secure, and I will pursue growth and value additive strategies to continue to build your business.  

I understand the sensitivities surrounding a potential sale and, as such, my goal is to perform a discreet and expeditious process in the following steps:

Get to Know One Another: Introduce myself to give you comfort with me and my approach, understand your objectives and understand whether there is a fit. If these conversations go well, we can discuss price and agree on other terms. 

Evaluation Process: Conduct a preliminary analysis of the company and market. We will both gain alignment on plan for growth and roles and transitioning responsibilities. 

Due Diligence: Conduct a detailed analysis of the business, financial, operational and legal aspects of the company. We will work together to get comfortable with all the terms of a transaction and plan for change in ownership. 

Close Transaction: Given my breadth of experience in evaluating businesses, I will commit to closing in a quick and timely fashion.

Transition: Whether you want retire, or stay involved for a transitional period, I am open to discussing an optimal scenario for both of us.

  • Continuous profitability for the last 3 years
  • Annual revenue between $5m and $30m

Business Profile:

  • Strong historical revenue growth
  • Well positioned in growing and fragmented industry
  • Unique competitive advantage or differentiated service offering

Owner Profile:

  • You are searching for a hard-working successor to carry on the legacy
  • You want to ensure the welfare of the business, customers, employees and suppliers
  • You are interested in selling control of the business
