Due Diligence: Conduct a detailed analysis of the business, financial, operational and legal aspects of the company. We will work together to get comfortable with all the terms of a transaction and plan for change in ownership.
Close Transaction: Given my breadth of experience in evaluating businesses, I will commit to closing in a quick and timely fashion.
Transition: Whether you want retire, or stay involved for a transitional period, I am open to discussing an optimal scenario for both of us.
